Take a deep breath and ease into contours of your life.
Pause regularly and remind yourself to trust the process and know that if you stay the path, you will get to where you need to go.
If you continue eating well and exercising regularly you will achieve your goals.
Try to remain calm and confident when the road gets steep.
Let go of your need to control, surrender to the soothing sound of your inner voice and follow where it leads?
Here are a few things you can do to begin the journey.
Bubble Therapy
Soak your troubles away in a tub of hot water filled with bubbles.
Remain in the tub until your mind and body feel renewed or the water gets too cold.
Read All New People by Anne Lammott
Why do we make it all seem like a crisis, over and over again?
Why do we worry it all to death, like dogs with socks or chew-toys?
Look at it this way, ?In a hundred years? ? All new people.?
No News Is Good News
Give yourself a break from watching the news on television.
Stories about murder, madness, mayhem and flu shot shortages can wreak havoc on your mental health.
Peace of Mind
Sit quietly and review your mind for anxiety or stress provoking thoughts and images.
You might envision a person or an event.
As each image pops into your head, say these words to yourself:
I choose to see peace instead this.
Continue this exercise for about five minutes.
Repeat as needed.
Tension Tamer
What is the biggest source of stress in your life?
Is it your job, a sick family member, or financial problems?
Stop surrendering your health and well-being to stress, and start taking action ? send out your resume, ask your friends for support or make an appointment with a debt counselor.
Remember, focusing on how you can solve the problem may lead to an increased sense of overwhelm.
Instead, think about small things you can do to relieve the tension.

Making Your Baby?s Clothes Last!
Making Your Baby?s Clothes Last!
by: Kirsten Hawkins
As any mother with a young child will tell you, babies grow very quickly. So for new mothers, making the most out of baby clothes is of the utmost importance. So what do you do when those onesies just don't quite snap anymore? How do you get an extra month out of those jeans that are a little too short for the winter months?
The great thing about onesies, is that they're a very workable cotton fabric, and there really isn't any hemming necessary to turn a couple of onesies that fit at five months into a couple of shirts that fit at eight months. Simply cut them off right at the leg holes, and gently pull the material around the edges so that it rolls a tiny bit. This way there are no exposed threads for baby to pull at or chew on. The same can apply to footsie pajamas. By simply snipping off the feet, you can easily get another month's wear out of the sleepwear.

Basic Turkey Hunting Tips
by: Niall Barco
Turkey hunting is challenging, exciting and in some cases becomes addictive. Turkey?s senses are extremely keen - even your heart pounding can make the turkey vanish like a puff of smoke.
Basic help in turkey hunting
Before you can hunt a wild turkey, you have got to find them. The easiest way to do this is by locating the general areas of the turkey?s habitat.
? Get a good map of the area you plan to hunt.
? Wave or use a locator call like an owl hooter or crow call or even a turkey call to try to get a response. When you hear a gobbler, mark the locator map.
? Scout for the best location on foot. Check for signs of the bird?s scratches, droppings of feathers. This information can help you locate some areas. Check along mud holes, creek banks, pastures, log roads, fencerows etc. as many trips as possible.
? Never try to get too close to the turkey. A turkey?s eyes, ears...

Buying For Baby
by: Michelle Higgins
Well, what else can be as exciting for proud parents-to-be than the first glimpse of their bundle of joy?
Shopping for baby of course. Here is some help to start your baby-shopping adventure.
Buy a car safety seat. It's the law!
You need to buy an approved car safety seat before your baby arrives. Your precious newborn has to be safe and cozy on his first car ride from the hospital to home. Some hospitals insist on you purchasing a car seat before they let you take baby home.
Shop for a soft-padded, rear-facing infant car seat to hold him snug and secure and support his back and neck. You can also go in for a lightweight one that can double up as a carrier or a rocker.
Buy an uncomplicated system with a permanent base in which the seat effortlessly snaps in and out, so that you don't have to refer to the manual every time you use it. If you are not confident about safely installing...

Tips For Travellers To The Tropics
by: T. O' Donnell
I went on my first holiday to the tropics recently. I was afraid of catching a disease, so I did a bit of research, and took some precautions. Here are some tips I found useful.
1. Get your shots.
I spent a short time in areas relatively free of mosquito-borne disease. The key word is 'relatively'. A two week holiday in an urban area is probably alright. If you're staying for months, or in an area flagged as dangerous, get your shots well in advance. Don't leave it until the last minute, as by then it'll be too late! The drugs need some time to 'kick in', and your doctor may have to order them in advance.
2. Get an insect repellent.
I made one for mosquitoes by mixing citronella with olive oil. Citronella is an essential oil (an essence). I rubbed the mixture on all exposed areas morning and night, and after washing. Seemed to do the trick. I put too much oil in, I think,...
